Sion Ult Buggy

Sion's ult appears buggy to me. I've tried it many times at this point, and it feels like his hit box isn't working right on his ult, especially vs. smaller champs like teemo or gnar. You would expect it to be at least as wide as his q but that does not appear to be the case. Smaller champions appear to go right through the side of his animation.
