Visual Bug makes you Dodge Games

I accepted the game but the menue did not go away but i was matched in the game as you can see in the botom left there was a chat going. What i do is i play on a ultrawide monitor and normaly in the ban and Pick phase I have to the right side a browser window open to watch youtube videos or read some news. I think because I switched so fast after accepting the client got confused and did not close the menu propably which forced me to dodge the game. I had to force quit the game aswell to come back into the normal Interface because even after i got kicked i could still do nothing.
