Ten ban system Flaw

After locking in a ban while still in the banning phase I picked Caitlin and after seeing that the other team had banned Caitlin her portrait didn't disappear with the usual audio effects from my position lock. I was then allowed to lock her in and play the game. I suspect you could only do this between locking in your ban and ban phase ending.
