[Client] I can't buy anything in the LoL Shop (CAN'T BUY EKKO)

Hi guys, I need help. I have 12000 iP but I can't buy anything (runes, champs, skin....) I just click on Ekko but nothing appears, not even the screen where u can see his spells and shit... This is very annoying. I tried to logout like 10 times and tried on my smurf, same thing. When I click on "buying" for any champion, nothing happens. Please help me, does anyone else have this problem ? (Sorry for bad english)
