In Champions Tab

In the champions tab on your profile, I always like to check peoples abilities before I buy them with Ip or I just would like to know what a ability scales off of.Now when I click any champ, I over over their abilities and nothing happens. I don't know if it was a bug or if it was intentional but it had really helped me.I tried to take a screenshot with snipping tool but my cursor didn't show up
