Please help me with this title bar bug.

For some reason there is a title bar on the top of the in-game screen, and it pushes the bottom of the screen down, so I can't move the map downwards whenever I move my curser the bottom of the screen. Try Borderless Windowed mode in the options.

Have you tried putting it in fullscreen with 'F11'?
