It's been in the game so long it's most likely intentional but It's not in the tool tip and I see no reason for it to be in Sion's Kit. 100% replicable, just tap his q with quick cast on and it won't damage enemies far away Even if it is intentional it makes the already problematic hitbox way worse. Often times you won't hit a creep point blank, but that's obviously harder to replicate.
My favorite bug is using E and the minion just dies instantly instead of being knocked back, or right away during the knock back
Sion is chock full of bugs at this point, riot doesn't care about him anymore after they turned him to the HP sponge
This isn't a bug, the range on Q grows as you hold it. If you just tap it the q doesn't grow almost at all so it won't hit on the edge. That's just the way the ability works. That's why the edges glow as you hold the button, it denotes the range it is currently at.
