Missing skin permanent

When I was in queue for a ranked game i was browsing my skinshards and decided to reroll 3 skins to get a permanent one. Right when i had rerolled the skins i found a match and accepted the ready check. After the game i looked in my collection to see what skin i got, but no new skins were there. I even checked through all my skins and i knew that nothing was new. Please help i want my skin.
