once champ select finishes doesnt go to loader just goes abck to client with recconect button

i have tried to fix this issue for 3 hours now following all your suggestions and problems solving things and anything that I could think of to fix this problem other games I play have been working fine so I am not sure what is going on really would like to play I got a leave ban buster due to my games not loading in and bet I lost ranked points over this also please help me fix this

Have had the exact same issue since the recent patch. Game was fine in 8.11 and cannot play a single game since the patching, not even the practice tool. Have not installed anything new and disabled my firewall and antivirus already.
