(Gameplay) xin zhao and guinsoo's rageblade

when you have full stacks with guinsoo's rageblade while playing xin Zhao it does not proc bonus that I believe it should as champs like aatrox who heal every two autos rather than 3 which he still does even with all 6 stacks I don't know if this done on purpose but I thought I should let you know
