[GAMEPLAY] Annie - Tibbers Not Stunning

Alright,

The first 20 times it has happened this season, I thought," Oh, I'm simply out of range." . However I have come to realize that even after double verifying my stun is ready and flashing over a wall and dropping that big bear DIRECTLY on that laugh-spamming Diana, It simply doesn't stun the little shrew. This happens RARELY. Almost never. But it does happen at zero range from the enemy while stun is charged every so often. Can you guys look into this? :)
