No reconnect button

I started my first game of the new season 5mins ago. My load in screen froze because i attempted to alt tab, this has happened to me before. When relogging in on the client, it showed the lobby for a brief second with me and my friend and the roles selected and then flashed to the game in in progress. There was no reconnect button for me to get back into the game. I closed and reopened the client 4 times to fix this, and then finally on the 5th time the game was over because i was rendered AFK and the game was forfeit. Thank! first promo down....

Not only is this a serious problem, my placement games are already f%$#ed, I have got a wait time for my games. Can this be resest ASAP. until then i cannot play the game due to this error.
