Video Settings (Health Bar Sizes) Randomly Changed?

So up until two days ago I would always play on 1920x1080p (monitor resolution) on borderless, as everything was a comfortable size (health bars, cursor, etc...). Then, all of a sudden yesterday, when I started up a game, I noticed that the healthbars were randomly smaller, both for champions and minions. It became almost unplayable because I'd have to squint to see the minion health bars to last hit. It was weird because I never actually changed any settings in game or out of game, but I couldn't get it to revert. I had to change to fullscreen mode at 1366x768 resolution to finally get the health bars to the size they were previously.

Did anyone else experience this? Is there anyway I can change the settings to make the health bars go back to their original size? Because currently, 1080p borderless is unplayable because the health bars are just too small, and I prefer borderless over fullscreen, but I have to play at fullscreen if I want to play in a lower resolution.
