Surrender bug.
Just last game, the enemy team surrendered with 4-1 votes but the game did not end. We eventually won but had to kill the nexus. Scary! ( we all used our sums and stuff after seeing the surrender message)

Submit a Support Ticket, you were fooled and there was never a surrender vote.
There's a trick where a person writes out a message but makes it long enough that part of their message appears on a new line and looks like a different message.
The "surrender message" will have appeared right when someone else said something in chat. That message was still part of what they typed and they were trying to scam you. This is definitely against the rules and you need to have Riot look into the chat logs so they can ban the person.
