i have bought the team pass for almost 3 weeks. And I am still stuck on 1/3, I have watched all vods for my supported team (team liquid).
Only the one i watched on week 2 counted (not sure which one, but the one i watched live probably).
Each time when I watch the VOD, it says reward successfully logged/recorded or sth like that, but it actually doesn't count.
Can I get some help here? This team pass quest system is so frustrating!!!

The existing system was designed to count games you watch after purchasing a team pass. Say you watched TL versus TSM Week 1, then purchase a team pass. The current system wouldn't count that game (even if you re-watch it) and would only count every game you watch after.
We thought that would be a good design to reward early adopters, but have since changed directions - it's just plain confusing and you should get credit for your fandom even if you found out about Teampass / Fanpass after the launch.
If you're not seeing as much progress (I think that applies to everyone in this thread so far), no worries, we will be automatically re-processing and applying games you watched since the launch of Teampass / Fanpass.
Give us a couple weeks for your new progress to show up - we just started changing this code and want to make sure we get it right.

We wanted to try something that felt more like a way to level up your fandom using classic game mechanics around leveling up. Behind the scenes, it's actually working for you guys as designed. I was watching all the Cloud 9 games and not receiving credit for the LCS pass quests. Turns out I needed to opt out of watch rewards and then opt back in. You can do that at the bottom of the page linked below.
I just submitted a bug for the same thing. From what I've searched so far, it seems like a lot of people are having this issue with no comment from Riot, yet.
Hi Eiyama, I'm a dev on this feature. Can you confirm you're still not seeing progress? We haven't lost any data for you so I can get you straightened out manually if needed. Let me know.
I have that problem too.. stuck on Mission 3 for TL 2/3. And one other thing. Why my [TL] sign in-game before my name disappeared??
Still stuck on step 2/3 of mission #2 and yet I've watched every c9 game from this split. This Team Pass purchase is turning out to be more frustrating than anything else... Rewatching vods doesn't seem to fix anything either.
I have watched every single match this summer split (100T fan), including the early ones, and yet for my Team Pass Level 2 I'm only at (2/3) and Level 3 (2/6).
I tried the opt out/opt in solution and it changed nothing. Should I try this right before a match? When I log in?
These watch and earn missions were working perfectly last time for other events. What happened this time around?
I simply don't have a 3rd mission to complete, so impossible to get Level 2 (TSM ward) completed. So neat... I cri :'(
I've been watching the vods since team pass came out and am stuck on my LEC team pass.

I just wanted to give my issue, and since this thread got some attention, I think it is a good place.
My first two missions went smoothly, and both completed fine (I watched 2 games for 3 weeks- 6 total). My problem is that this week, I never received the Mission 3/8 mission. I held back on watching the two new TSM VODs for this week, just in case. I just wanted to make sure the team knew about this issue, and I also wanted to see if this is something that is already being looked into.

I've been stuck on the C9 lcs team pass (3 of 8) for a long time now. It is stuck on 1/3 and I've watched lcs vods and rift rival vods. I've opted out and in of rewards in an attempt to reset it, turned off adblock, and also watched games live and I am not completing my Watch & Earn mission either.
I am also not receiving credit for watch VODs. I am stuck on the TSM LCS Team Pass (3 of 8) quest, apparently I've watched 2/3 VODs and haven't made progress after watching all available VODs.
I'm currently stuck on the TL Team Pass Mission 3 and none of the VODs are being counted for any VODs for normal Watch and Earn either
This is still going on. I have watched the VODs, I can't get my rewards if it won't count when I watch the videos. I don't dare purchase the arcade pass because I'm not dedicating the same time to the game I did before mostly because of how demoralizing it is to get online and find out that the team pass you paid for isn't rewarding your efforts. I'm sad and angry because this still hasn't been resolved it feels like it's been jacked up for 2 weeks for me.
Once again having issues after you promised you fixed this. After watching CLG's 9th match I finished one tier of quests and now the next set is not up. I have limited play time, almost none during the week, so I need this to be up now to grind out the 5 games b4 next weeks games. As of this post in 1hr CLG will play their 10th game and I won't get credit for watching nor can I grind out my next 5 game set. This feels really bad and even worse since you promised you had fixed the issue.
I've been having the same problem. I've watched every single C9 game except the one from yesterday (mostly because i'm afraid I won't be able to complete the missions if it's not counting correctly), but my team pass is stuck at mission 3/8 and having only watched 2/3 games. We've had 10 games now, I've watched 9, and it should have completed mission 3/8 by now. I'm worried about actually being able to complete the mission pass now because of how it is bugged. I understand how you guys wanted to reward early adopters and not let missions pile up that couldn't be completed yet, but the missions should be given to us as soon as we would be able to start on the next one. It's creating a problem where people are watching games that a mission isn't showing up for yet. Anyways, if someone could help me with why my mission is bugged, that would be great :) I don't want to keep missing my favorite team's games because I won't get credit for them if I do.
Hey, I'm in a similar situation. I believe I bought my Liquid team pass right at the start of the season before any games had been played, which should account for 10 matches by now, and I've only earned 8 pass rewards. Last weekend after MSI I noticed and rewatched all the VODs on a separate tab on mute and it still only shows 8. It sounds like you guys are working hard to improve this for the future, and I'm sure I'm just bugged, but it would help if there was a way to know what Vods have been watched.
