Cannot access my PBE account.

I am trying to access my pbe account on league of legends. I can not remember what my username is so I sent a recovery email. Got the email and saw the usernames but I saw two usernames. So I used one to get a password recovery email. I received the link and reset the password. I then open'd the pbe client and entered the username and the new password. Didn't work. I then decide to use the second username and reset the password on that and progressed with nothing. I need help here. What am I doing wrong?

Is it because I am sending the email to North America and not PBE region or something else?

I go to the PBE client and I click forgot username. Then it says for Region Public Beta. I send the email but for the next 5-10 minutes I still do not get an email. I changed the region to North America and I got an email.
