the new patch update is extreamly slow

the new patch came out and im trying 2 update it, but the download speed is 60kps and it says it will take 90 mins for a 82mb update, my internet connection is fast 16mbs, tho i test the ping throgh cmd for riot.de its 60ms stable, so why this updating client is this slow? please fix it
