Help we are stuck in summoners rift

The fountain towers have been destroyed, no towers, cant attack inhibs or nexus, cant surrender, no minions, spawning and recalling at blue side base. help us, we cant seem to get out of this game and it lasts forever and of us want to get banned. when we press /ff it does not work as our whole team presses yes and it still does not end the game, plz help us.
