Fiora Passive bug

Soo I main fiora so I play her a lot and I've been noticing that she has this bug where her passive double stacks. It happens at random so I cant tell what triggers it but I thing it might be the constant change of the passive on an enemy champion. I want help to figure out this bug because it can be very confusion trying to figure out which one of the passives is the real one.
