my emotes dont work in game

i have emotes set up, but when i enter a game the emotes disapear

This bug has been so frustrating and has been happening for a little while now. You have my support; I like my emotes and like being able to use 'em.

Do you buy a gold supporter bundle? I think it's the cause of the emote issues since I've only had this problem since buying one.

Hey, anyone knows how to fix this? My emotes dont work also ingame.. i cant use them from "T" as usually :(
