[GAMEPLAY] Ekko Q visual bug

Whenever using ekko q on any skin (except project, that has a different bug) i keep having the q disappear. It would be fine for the first 5 minutes of the game, then would start doing the same as the video. In project, instead of disappearing the q speeds up and stays in place at the longest range of his q. I didn't do anything before this bug started other than use the ability on minions and champions.
