After updating the Hex Core (before level 6) the game doesn't let me upgrade my abilities. (although the champ level-up's )
I found this bug two times in a row. You can check by yourself , do a custom and upgrade your hex before level 6

Well I tried a couple custom games myself to test it and everything worked fine for me.
I tried hitting level 5, skilling up an ability, buying Hexcore Mk-1 then hitting 6 and I was able to still level abilities as normal.
I also tried hitting level 5, not skilling up an ability, buying Hexcore Mk-1 then leveling up my abilities and it also worked fine.

EDIT : I found the reason !!!
this is a graphic bug ! . When you buy your first hex ,above the abilities there are 3 new icons but if you see carefully there is a little grey box and if you press it the ability level up , i think that the new icons are overlapping the "arrow" for levelling up.
