[GAMEPLAY] Sion passive giving champion kill gold upon getting last hit [Big Bug]

this bug has been present since relaunch i experimented it by myself but i though it was only my mistake, 2 months later i saw it on TheoddoneLoL (shoutout to him for giving the clip shown in this post) youtube channel and i discovered that it wasn't my brain tricking me it is really a bug and it has been present in the game for more than 2 patches, i hope someone can see this and fix it already because its a big bug. thanks riot senpai if you fix this within next patch :)
