Bug on Fizz.
Multiple attacks going thru fizz e that has never gone thru before, 1, Zilean bomb 2. Talon Q 3. Vlad ult If you were zilean bombed or vlad ulted you can just e it and not take damage kind of like e'n karthus ult.

Nope, this is an intended interaction just like Zed's ult if it's already ticking on you, delayed abilities like those you mentioned cannot be dodged, just like dots.
All I know is I just played a game where Fizz's ult went through minions... fun :/
