Ludens Echo Bug??

So today, while playing a bit of Jungle Nidalee on Summoners Rift, I discovered that if you buy Enchantment: Runic Echoes (Jungle Item ), as soon as you leave the base you will have Ludens Echo but it will not be in your items??? So you're literally getting 2 items in 1. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if its just something that Nidalee has? I'm not even able to dodge this 'bug' as I have to buy the jungle item. Any help would be great, thanks. phame

I don't know what you mean... the passive on runic echoes is supposed to be the same one on luden's. Do your stats change as though you ALSO had luden's? How do you know you have the item if it isn't in your items?

Actually I don't think its a bug at all. I read the description of each item and they are identical. :( sad times
