Please help me
It is not the first time when trying to start a play asks me to wait 20 minutes and it was only because I was afk a game I wanted this to please end.

I have yet to see a confirmed report of someone getting put into the low priority queue for abandoning "one game". Take your lumps, don't afk, and you'll be back in normal queue times someday.
You have to deal with it. It's as simple as that. If you got put in Low Priority for Leaving/AFK'ing, you HAVE to play games that way until it's over. It won't go away until you play through the requisite number of games.
