I randomly keep disconnecting and reconnecting from matches

So basically I've suffered from 3 bugs or issues starting after this most recent patch that all together make the game unplayable. The first issue that I've noticed is that if I haven't sent of packet of information for about 7 seconds, I'll dc from the game. As soon as I do send a packet, it seems to reconnect. This however, is barely a problem when compared to the next issue. The next bug happens every 1 or 2 minutes and I haven't found any sort of sign to whats causing it yet. What happens is for about 15 seconds I don't receive any of the packets that the other players are sending. So basically everything except my champion freezes on my screen, including minions, enemy and allied champions, and so on. Lastly, I also have a very hard time of initially connecting to the game. If it takes more than like 15 seconds for everyone to load in, I dc and have to keep trying to click reconnect in the client until everyone is in. I usually finally reconnect about 2 mins into the game, then of course I have deal with the other issues. If I'm loading into the practice mode, the third issue usually doesn't occur as my pc normally loads into the game pretty quickly. None of the issues have occurred until after the 7.23 patch this morning. Thank you for (hopefully) fixing this as quickly as possible :)
