BOTH GAMEPLAY AND CLIENT LAGS (FPS DROPS) AFTER PATCH 8.13

So I played a game (a few hours ago) with the newest patch i installed yesterday (8.13). What i noticed was that the frame rates dropped significantly (i had around 50 fps, and after the patch - 10 fps) and lagged a lot. I changed the resolution and other video settings, but it did not worked. Also before the game, I noticed that the client also lags a lot like the gameplay. Note that i enabled in the client setting "Close client during game" and "Enable low Spec Mode". I play League on my Laptop and i use WI-FI, but i hadn't have problems before. I checked for viruses and such but there is no improvement.[sg-shisa] Please help.

Same here, I've tried playing with different settings in a few games but it ddin't work out. My game feels like some kind of stop motion movie and I keep dying.

Same here, also did a thread about it https://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support-en/LYpZH7TU-megabug-10-fps-even-on-launcher I thought it could be cause I use Ryzen, but I guess you don't have a ryzen.

I hope it'll be fixed soon cause it's just unplayable and just HOW can the client be like 5 fps ?

I tried first to reinstall the game but it did not work. Then I installed "Hextech Repair Tool" and made a forced repatch and it worked. But after a few games it started lagging again, but not the same as barely making 5 fps, but 15-18 fps. I made a forced repatch again, but it did not worked. At least i can play better with 15 -18 fps than 5 fps.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
