Talon Abilities-Cutthroat

Has anybody else noticed that Talon's Cutthroat does not silence your enemy. I just recently noticed this when i started playing talon a little more after his new SSW skin came out. As Talon, if his cutthroat does not silence them, you're pretty much in a bad position and can't escape as quickly. I figured it was part of some update, but in his ability sample, its still shows silence, even though its not in the description anymore. Does anybody have any info on this bug, or is it just me. Thank you to any replies.
