Chrash when staring a game

everytime i start a game it chrashes and turns black and then a window comes up and says reconnect and cancel. nothing works, i have repaired my client, reinstalled and still, it does the same thing. Does anyone know how to fix it and what causes the problem. My friends have had the same problem but it have just been fixed from nowhere, and for me it just keeps chrashing. im really frustrated.
