[Gameplay] Mouse 4, and Mouse 5 cannot be binded.

After the most recent patch, the mouse 4 and 5 buttons cannot be bound or used in the game at all.

you can see that my mouse 4 and 5 buttons are set but I can't use them at all in game. And yes I've used them outside of the game to make sure they weren't broken, and they aren't
