So I just played a game where I was Annie mid vs Galio. I don't know anyone who plays league, so I'm unable to try to reproduce this, so i'm just writing it here. I somehow got permataunted by galio several times. A theory is that maybe it was due to Tibbers getting taunted at the same time, but I'm not sure. All I know is that sometimes when I got taunted by Galio as Annie, I couldn't do anything and I would follow him all across the map, wherever he walked. I "followed" him (taunted) for about 10 seconds at the most before I got killed by the enemy team.

I got permataunted by Galio too, but in ARAM. I was Irelia, I stunned him and then I couldn't move for at least 3-4 seconds, much more than his taunt duration.
