[GAMEPLAY] Malzahar's Ult is bugged.

It appears Malzahar's ult is bugged first certain champions. It's happened repeatedly against Yasuo and Vayne but more recently Syndra.

In a game first Yasuo, he managed to knock me up and ult me while I had him suppressed twice. He did eventually get a QSS but this was early game before he had the QSS. I ulted him and he somehow managed to get out of it, I didn't cancel my ult either.

Vayne seems to be the one this happens against most, whenever I ult her, she still manages to get condemn off on me. No QSS. I remember a game I had when I tried ulting a Vayne at least 5 times and every time, she was somehow able to condemn me away while supressed.

The most recent offender of this bug happened against Syndra. I baited her in under turret, and I ulted her and she somehow managed to get her ult off and we both died.

This needs to be looked at as suppression clearly isn't cancelling all actions from the champions you ult.

This applies to every CC in game (but yeah, it's most annoying on suppress, since you actually can't do shit). If they start casting any ability before your CC hits them then they will be able to cast it... And there is more to that, sadly.

If enemy was casting ability and you stunned him in the cast animation then not only will the ability go off - if you are in range you will also get an AA into face after the ability is cast.

The same goes for Autoattacks and On-hit spells and blind. If you blind someone in the middle of his animation - the aa will still hit.

Anyway, I think that Riot should alter how CC works.
