Game keeps saying 'Reconnect'

Whenever I try to start a game, my game starts with the 'reconnect' screen and whenever I press 'reconnect', it doesn't resume my game. I keep pressing reconnect and it doesn't do anything.

I have had this problem ever since preseason 10 started. I tried reinstalling, using the hextech repair tool, turning off antivirus, but none of them worked.

For anyone wondering, I use Windows 10 with BitDefender antivirus. I tried turning off the antivirus, but it didn't help. Hopefully somebody can help me, this problem is really annoying me.

Take off the 'advanced threats system ' in bit defender, I had the same issue few weeks ago

I believe league is just to sensitive to packet loss so this makes the cpu the first stop for the data coming from the ports for league. I lagged out at a 0.001% packet loss..
