Champ select kicked me out [CLIENT]

Ban phase went as usual, then the first pick just hovered for the next three minutes (on 0 seconds remaining; something was obviously wrong, but there was nothing I could do about it) or so until League told me I dodged. My internet was fine and I'm running League on Windows 10.
