I have no media for this but you can probably easily try this in a custom game. Singed Q is disappearing when he runs into bushes, happened to me all game, haven't tried to reproduce, riot pls fix <3

Yup. Usually it's just the visual of the toggle, but not the poison itself. But it's confusing and annoying.
If this is an enemy singed it is oddly intentional. It would be a bit odd if using a core ability would lead enemies straight to you (sorry 
). It is a very odd thing to see since invisible poison doesn't seem to healthy but what can you do.
