[GAMEPLAY] Semi-locked camera is gone

id like the option to move the screen lock position to where i see fit

Ok, so I just purchased a new computer and downloaded the LOL client and went into a custom game to redo all of my settings to my liking. I used to play with a semi locked camera and now I can't find that option. Ive tried everything. How do I get the option to show back up?
