Champion Shard Reroll Failer

I have 3 champ shard 2 bought and one from chest. I try to reroll then it makes a unlock sound and then seas Crafting Failed it appears this unit has a bad motivator. please try restarting your client and please try again later. I have tried restarting on both beta and old client same result.. please help ??

I'm having a similar issue when I try to redeem my SKT T1 Elise permanent. I've already upgraded from the shard, so the lack of orange essence isn't an issue.
