Cannot play a league game

After champ select, it takes about 5-10 minutes for the logo to pop up to go to the loading screen. By then, my teammates remake and it just keeps on happening. it is 100%, not my wifi cuz other stuff work.

I really need help. Can I get some nerds up in here pls?
