Game won't load.....still

We have been reporting this problem for weeks. Why is it still not fixed? Why are we getting punished for a buggy game? Why are we getting weekly TFT updates when these issues persist?

The only way to solve this is by Long Off ur PC but when u return to the Match , Game automatic punish u with have more then 5 Minutes afk and will not have any experience or IP won.
