[CLIENT] ranked lp distributions and promos messed up

Today i began my promotion, without any match played yet. When i was about to enter the game, the client instead returned me to the main screen and then suddenly closed without bugsplatting or anything. When i re-entered the game, i found i had 97 points, so i directly lost my promo. But is not over yet. I decided joined another game and won it. In the end-screen i wasn't connected to the chat, so i received no messages like "u are in promotion", but i simply assumed i was in promo again. Then i played a second match, lost it, and in the end-game chat i received a message: "you have lost your promotion". WTF?! i have lost 2 promotions with 1 game? (the second promo was lost by losing only 1 game). So, in a nutshell:

1. 100 lp in promo, i join a game 2)client crashes, i am demoted to 97 lp gold V
2. i join a game, win it and no messages of promotions
3. I join another game, lose it and lose promo assistance required please. thank you in advance.
