Serious bug encountered in ranked

Here you can see the (me) stop moving this was the bug, my mouse was working fine (I could move it and such) and I hadn't disconnected (~70 ping and could still use abilities) but no matter how much I clicked my champion would not move. I'm not sure the cause of this bug, don't know if its Fizz, Morgana or an interaction between the two but just from watching the replay it seemed to happen when Morgana threw E into the location Fizz Q landed while in the animation. It also could have been the Morgana Q thrown through the path of Fizz Q causing the bug. This bug was easily fixed by DCing and reconnecting but as that takes about a minute I returned to lane with a 2 level disadvantage and lost because of it.
