bug with accepting queue
hey riot there is a bug on my client that when someone does not accept the found match the giant icon wont disappear and makes me miss the next one . I m about to receive a penalty due to some bad luck and bugs please help

Same happened to me a lot today after i accept the 1st queue and a player doesnt if the next one appears while i minimize the client it doesnt let me click the accept button and i lose the queue and have to wait again pls fix this in 7.4 or mid patch if possible
