Unable to reconnect to game after an hour

Today while I was playing a game I got forced to disconnect after it said 'attempting to reconnect' for around 10 minutes, over an hour later after constantly trying to reconnect to the league game I am still unable to do anything besides try to reconnect when I launch and sign in, When I attempt to reconnect I just have a black loading screen till I tab out to re-close the program after waiting, I've done all the simple things you could do from relogging in elsewhere to resetting the program and my computer countless times.

As sad as it is, I'm glad I'm not the only so Riot can fix this. I'm seeing that the game it kicked me from didn't even go to my match history.

yep...been stuck unable to connect to the game server after both teams were kicked in a ARAM....game is still in progress i guess...but no one can reconnect.

Bro, don't remind me. I was in rank matches today, and it happened three times. They said they would only re-route a few games, but I had mine rerouted all 3 times and kept Dc'ing and in my 3rd game ended up DC'ing for 20 min

Had this issue persist for about an hour. If your games was connected to the new server (seeing how you had this issue, you probably was), then both teams had all players DCed. This was eventually resolved and the games were forcibly ended. You wont see them in your match history either (at least I am not able to)
