[GAMEPLAY] Not being able to do anything in game

So I was playing League and I played a couple of diversions where everything was going fine, however then I got into a Jinx game where at first everything appeared to be fine, yet at the 3-4 min check, I lost all control of my character and I was elastic banding insanely, it wasn't a ping issue however, I had a stable 53 ping yet at whatever point I tired to utilize an auto attack or a spell, it would not enroll and simply abandon me standing there. The link above is to a video of what I am discussing, the quality is terrible yet it's all the better I could do. Chat was likewise working and the karma (prior in the game) was revealing to me how I passed on by running into a tower and on my screen I had not died for a decent 5 minuets.
