[Gameplay] Using the Elixir of Skill causes visual bug.

As you can see in the image I have linked, using an Elixir of Skill (+1 skill point when used) from the Kleptomancy Rune causes the skill upgrade arrows to remain there, grayed out, since they cannot be used to further upgrade a skill. It is not anything major, just a bit odd that the arrows remain there even when you cannot upgrade a skill.
