Time error

I was just in a queue with two friends. I was picking a champ for our top lane to swap out and I had 20 or so seconds left and was booted for not picking my champ. This happened the queue before I was booted and we thought nothing of it. I think League is glitching. Please fix this asap I do not need to lose rank to a bug.
