Sion Q and R not working [Gameplay]

While playing as Sion, after death and you respawn, your Q and R fail to work. When this happens you have to leave the game and reconnect to fix it.

Have had it occur three times myself, but had another player playing Sion on another team whom I had to explain how to fix the bug.
