Ranked champion select freezes

A bug that was fixed a long time ago has come back: when in ranked champion select sometimes the client freezes, if you are even able to pick a champion no matter how long you wait you are stuck in the champion select, game doesn't launch and when you restart the lol client you have just lost 3 lp and need to wait for another queue.
