80m Low Priority???

So I got my initial 20m low priority that I got due to my Computer unfortunately crashing more frequently. I did this 20m low queue TWICE because my friends and I decided to play Draft Mode, only to get an error message reading something along the lines of 'Unable to Join Queue.' So then they left me to good old' Solo Que. I served my 20m and finally got into a normal queue. Then I get ANOTHER error message that says that a problem with the server occurred. After trying to see what went wrong, I had to join, once again, ANOTHER 20m queue. All of these failed queues has resulted in a total of 80 minutes. I just want someone to either help me figure out why I got these error messages, and even if, in a long-shot, I get at least one game deducted off my 5 game sentence, but I know that this wish is unfair towards others. This happened on January 14, 2016 if anyone wants to look further into my situation.
